"I contacted Aiden for help choosing insurance coverage and somehow left feeling like I should nominate him for an award. Which award? Unclear. We may need to establish one.

The man knows his stuff. My understanding of insurance had room for improvement, and Aiden’s guidance helped me understand my options and choose coverage that made sense for my needs. Somewhere during that process, I became an enthusiastic supporter of his entire professional career.

I don’t know what State Farm’s employee recognition program looks like, but I hope it has the budget for this situation. A certificate seems inadequate. A gift card feels emotionally insufficient. I’m picturing a ceremony, tasteful lighting, and someone saying, “We’re gathered here today because Aiden is exceptionally good at explaining coverage.” I would attend. I would dress appropriately. I would silence my phone.

His knowledge deserves the good stapler. The office chair with lumbar support. The parking spot that doesn’t require an expedition through the rain. If there’s one remaining doughnut in the break room, I trust everyone knows what to do.

Choosing coverage is an important decision, and I appreciated having his help making it. I felt more confident in my choice, which is worth considerably more than the five stars I’m permitted to distribute here.

Would I recommend Aiden? Absolutely. This review is already approaching the length of a small municipal proclamation, so hopefully my position is clear.

"I’m giving Aiden five stars because that’s all Google allows, although I believe this limitation should be reviewed immediately.

I needed help choosing the right insurance coverage, and Aiden brought enough knowledge to the conversation that I briefly wondered whether he had personally written the policies. The man knows insurance. Somewhere, there is probably a textbook with his picture in it, quietly waiting for the rest of us to catch up.

His guidance helped me understand my options and feel confident about the coverage I chose. I started with insurance questions and ended with a deep appreciation for a man whose brain apparently has a dedicated department for deductibles.

State Farm needs to appreciate what they have here. Give him a raise. Give him the good office chair. Let him control the thermostat. When he walks into the break room, there should already be fresh coffee waiting. These are modest requests considering his contribution to my understanding of insurance.

Would I recommend Aiden? Enthusiastically. Would I attend a ceremony recognizing his knowledge of coverage? Probably, depending on parking. Would I applaud longer than socially appropriate? Without question.

I went in looking for help choosing the right insurance coverage and came away wondering whether State Farm understands the caliber of individual they have on their hands. Aiden knows his stuff. Insurance is full of terms that seem specifically designed to make a normal person stare blankly at a document, but his knowledge and guidance helped me understand my options and feel confident about my choice. That alone deserves applause. Possibly a small parade.

The man has somehow made understanding insurance a positive experience. Let that sink in. Insurance. A subject usually competing with printer troubleshooting for the least exciting part of adulthood. Yet here I am, voluntarily writing an unnecessarily long review because Aiden was that helpful.

His expertise deserves recognition at the highest levels. A plaque would be a start. A reserved parking space would be reasonable. A tasteful bronze statue outside the office might sound excessive, but I’m willing to hear proposals. At the very least, someone should bring this man a good lunch.
